The Master's programme in philosophy that students can do at home is not only meant to improve their career prospects, but also to train their minds for better logical thinking, mental discipline, the ability to analyse and synthesise, and critical thinking about social and political realities. Philosophy opens people's minds to the possibility of national unity, a true appreciation of others' "worldviews," a better understanding of different ways of thinking, and peaceful coexistence.
