IGNOU Hall Ticket / Admit Card for June 2021 TEE Exam

IGNOU has released hall ticket / admit card for the June 2021 Term End Examination (TEE) that is starting from August 3rd. Please note that this is only applicable for final year Bachelors, Masters and Diploma students along with all the students in Certificate, PG Diploma, PG Certificate Programmes. These students must download and take a print out of their hall ticket and must take it along with them to the examination centre along with ID proof and IGNOU Student ID Card.

Important points to remember while giving the exam:


  • No request for change in exam center will be entertained in any case as the portal for change of Exam Centre was opened by the University from 23th July 2021 to 26th July 2021 (1000 hours) for change of Exam Centre.

  • The examinees with Benchmark Disabilities (Divyngjan) seeking permission for Scriber/Writer/Amanuensis may contact the respective Regional Centre for obtaining permission of using Scriber/Writer/Amanuensis

  • Examinee must be in possession of valid IGNOU Identity Card during the examination. If for some reason, the examinee does not have his/her valid IGNOU identity card, they may show any valid Identity card issued by any Government Institution for entry in the examination hall.

  • Examinees should not carry Mobile Phones inside the Examination Hall at the time of Examination.

  • Calculators are not allowed for use in the examination unless otherwise permitted through instructions in the question paper.

  • The Examination Centers will implement the Social Distancing and other measures as per Government of India guidelines in current scenario of COVID-19 to ensure health and safety of the examinees.

  • The examinees are also required to adhere to the CORONO protocol and maintain the Social Distancing and hygiene to ensure their own safety and health and that of their fellow examinees.

  • In view of the prevailing COVID-19 scenario across the country, some examinees may not get the desired Examination Centre. The University has tried to accommodate such examinees in a nearby Examination Centre mentioned in their Hall Ticket.

  • Medium of Instruction: The examinees are required to write answers to the questions in the languages in which the Programme is offered. However, the examinees have an option to attempt the Examination of the courses in Hindi medium irrespective of registration of the same is in English medium.

  • Answer written in any other regional language in which the Programme is not offered will not be evaluated and the examination in such course will be cancelled without any intimation to the examinees. In such cases, the examinees will be required to reappear in the subsequent examination.

  • Request for change in date and session of exam will not be entertained in case the courses are from the different progammes from the same Group (group 1 to group 6) or the courses are backlog courses and in MP Progarmme, courses from different specialization.

  • Students registered for appearing in Practical/Lab courses are advised to contact their Regional Centre for venue and schedule of exams
