Project Submission Process:
Step 1: Make changes to the Project files
You need to make minor changes to the word documents we have provided you. Changes include updating the proforma and the last certificate page. Things you need to change are highlighted in yellow. You can also choose to read the entire project carefully and make minor changes to the text as per your liking in order to get the best marks.
 
Step 2: Get details of your project supervisor
Every project/dissertation requires a supervisor. This person is usually assigned to you by the study centre. Contact your study centre to get the details of your project supervisor.
 
Step 3: Contact Project Supervisor and Submit Proposal
Let your project supervisor know that you have got his details from the study centre and you will be submitting the proposal. He/She might come back to you with some minor changes to the file we have sent to you. You need to make these changes and get the project proposal approved by the supervisor.
 
Step 4: Send Project Proposal to Programme Co-ordinator
Send the approved project proposal to the programme co-ordinator. The details of your programme co-ordinator can be found online or in the dissertation/project guide. It needs to be sent by post to Maidan Garhi, New Delhi. Exact Address will depend on your subject/course. Please check with your regional centre/study centre if you are unable to find this.
 
Step 5: Submit Project Report to Project Supervisor and Submit to IGNOU
Send the Second word document to the project supervisor and get it approved. He might ask for some  minor changes which you need to make on your own. Once approved, take a print out of the project, get the required approvals/signatures and post them to Either your programme co-ordinator or the Student Evaluation Division in Delhi. Whom you need to send to is clearly mentioned in your project guide. If any confusions, please contact your regional centre.
