PGD in Mental Health (PGDMH)

The Discipline of Psychology in the School of Social Sciences (SOSS) at IGNOU is in charge of the P.G. Diploma in Mental Health. The goal of the Program is to give students a solid foundation in the field of mental health by studying a wide range of psychological issues and concerns related to mental health in depth. It is a programme to build up the skills of people who work in physical and mental health so they can meet the urgent and important needs of society to improve the mental health and well-being of the people. The goal of the P.G. Diploma in Mental Health programme is to meet people's mental health needs in India, where there aren't enough mental health professionals.
