PGD in Human Resource Management (PGDIHRM)

The program offers an extensive curriculum. Students learn right from the basic functions such as Human Resource Planning to HR Audit and Organisational Development. Emphasis is laid on the remuneration strategies, motivation of staff through Training and Development, strategies and processes for effective resolution of Industrial conflict. All these are packaged to ensure that the students learn all the important aspects of HRM. The program aims to prepare students for a variety of roles including HR generalist or specialist in compensation/benefits, global human resources, employment relations and employee development.
