For nurses who are currently working, the Diploma in Nursing Administration is a one-year Continuing Education programme with 28 credits (theory 16 credits, practical 12 credits). This curriculum was created for nurses who work in hospitals, community centres, or schools. By improving the in-service nurses' administrative knowledge and abilities, this programme will help them become more administratively competent. The main goals of this programme are to improve nursing services by strengthening knowledge of administrative concepts and how to apply them; understanding current trends in the nursing profession and the health care system; working cooperatively with individuals and groups to improve nursing services; and developing skills for maintaining administrative competence with efficient supervision to deliver high-quality nursing care.
