IGNOU Certificate in Business Skills programme details
In order to help NGOs and other organisations develop business skills among street children, unemployed youth, rural and urban disadvantaged sections, and women, this programme was jointly developed by IGNOU, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (RGF), and Commonwealth of Learning (COL) Canada. Its goal is to enable these groups to take advantage of lucrative self-employment opportunities.
