My admission date is july 2020 in DTS course, which assignments paper should I download, 2020 or 2021? I haven't submitted any yet

Hello, I've applied in DTS course in july 2020, i was unable to submit assignments, can i submit them this year?
In IGNOU
If yes, do i have to re register or pay additional fees?? I have to change my number and mail id in my application too. Kindly assist.
