PGD in Educational Management and Administration (PGDEMA)

The programme was made to meet the growing need for trained people to work in administrative and management positions in schools and other groups. The goal of the programme is to give students a full picture of both the theoretical and practical sides of educational management and administration in the current and future educational system.
The program's goals are to help people do a better job as educational managers and leaders, to make educational organisations more effective and efficient, to improve skills in areas like interpersonal relationships, leadership, team building, strategic planning, and making decisions, which are all important for good management, and to help people understand basic management concepts and how they can be used in an educational setting.
