PGC in Agriculture Policy (PGCAP)

The Post Graduate Program in Agriculture Policy aims to create the human resources needed for the formulation, creation, and execution of national agricultural policy. All system stakeholders should be aware of the goals and key elements of the agriculture policy framework, as well as the strategies and problems, in order to implement the development programme effectively. The Program covers a variety of topics that are crucial for formulating policies that will lead to the country's overall economic development. The stages and components of the Indian agricultural development process, the creation of national and international trade policies, intellectual property rights, and research and development policy are a few of the important issues. The target audience comprises individuals and organisations with an interest in agricultural and rural development who are involved in policymaking and implementation at the state, regional, and federal levels.
