Certificate in Human Rights (CHR)

It has been created with the express purpose of sensitising and educating professionals and employees who often engage with the general public as part of their job duties. Along with general students, specialised target populations also include primary school instructors, NGO workers, members of the lower judiciary, and members of the armed forces and paramilitary forces. Special attention was given when creating the course materials to meet the issues brought up by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights at the time the UN Decade for Human Rights Education was launched.
