For in-service nurses (RNRM), the Diploma in Critical Care Nursing is a one-year continuing nursing education programme with two theory courses and two practical courses totaling 32 credits (12 credits in theory and 20 credits in practical). The program's goal is to give nursing professionals (RNs and RNRMs) the information and skills they need to provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in intensive care settings. The program's objectives are to achieve proficiency in using advanced skills in the care of critically ill patients as well as to develop and use advanced nursing knowledge in critical care settings.
